- For Mac computer you may need to plug the keypad into the monitor USB or use a USB Hub expander.
- For Mac computer you may see a message that asks you to press the key to the left of the Shift Key and the key to the right. Press the "Fn" and "0" on the keypad and then the "Fn" an d"." on the keypad.
