Mouse Not Moving

First make sure you have cleaned the ball and look inside and clean the wheels that the ball contact. This is the primary reason your mouse is not tracking properly or won't move in the direction you point it.

If this does not work check your connection to the CPU or keyboard. Next check that you have the proper driver or a basic default drive chosen in the Control Panels. If these suggestions do not work it may be time for a new mouse.
