To avoid the glare we normally lean forward or to the side putting additional stress on muscles.Suggestions Identify and modify ambient lighting. Re-postion task lighting. Use a glare screen to reduce eyestrain and improve posture. Use monitor controls to adjust the contrast and brightness for comfortable viewing.
