Now you can get an ESD Stool with the no hands height adjustments. The small foot ring at the base of the chair permits you to raise or lower chair height by activating the ring with the heel of your shoe. The idea is that your hands will always be free to keep working.
The back rest can either support your low back or you can swing the chair around and use it as a chest rest to lean forward on. The other nice thing about this stool is that it does not take up much room so it is ideal for guests or to store away when not being used.
