  Terms
 

Prepayment is required to establish new accounts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. First-time orders placed with checks will be held until receipt of payment. Where credit has been established payment terms are net 30 days. All prices in US. dollars. Prices, availability and specifications subject to change. Items may be discontinued at any time. Credit cards are charges when your product goes into manufacturing. GSA orders are normally charged on ship date.

  Shipping
 

If you need to know shipping status or charges, call us at 1-800-927 Kare (5273). We ship UPS whenever possible. Freight shipments are freight collect. Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. If you need your product rushed to you, let us know and take advantage of the special shipping services: Overnight -- Guaranteed next day - Continental USA (Extra charge may apply.) Second Day -- Guaranteed -- Continental USA. (Extra charge may apply.) Standard -- We commit to shipping one week from the date the order is placed (excluding chairs and desks). On products we manufacture, stock is always available. Custom -- On large quantities and custom designs please call for delivery dates. GSA Advantage order already have shipping included. If you place your order with the Kare Products web site we revised your totals to show the GSA contract price. GS14F9727C

  Rush Orders
 

For same-day shipment, add a $15 handling charge plus shipping costs. We recommend Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Select. Overnight as the most economical.

  Insurance
 

Your products are insured against damage or loss during shipment. If you see damage you must indicate at the time of acceptance with the delivery person the nature of the damage and have them document the damage. Save packaging and notify Kare Products and or Delivery Company within 5 days. See Damaged Products.

  Return Policy
 

We are committed to keeping our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional customer service, and competitive prices. Our return policy ensures prompt and efficient resolution to any order received in defective condition or not meeting your needs. More information is available by clicking the link on the bottom of this page "Shipping & Returns". Please contact our Customer Service Kare Team for a quick resolution. The product must be in resalable condition, include all of the original packing material.

  Guidelines For Returning A Product For Credit:
 

1. Call Kare Products for a return authorization number (RA). 2. Write the RA number on the outside of every package. 3. Provide the invoice number, date of purchase, reason for return or description of damage. 4. Include the original packing list or invoice. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Refunds will be made upon receipt of product less shipping and handling charges.

  Damaged Products
 

We are committed to providing quality products and "top-notch" customer service. Unfortunately, there may be times our products are not received in the condition that was intended. If you receive a product that appears to be damaged during shipping: 1. Inspect the box and contents carefully. If damaged, (dents, punctures, holes, crushed or ripped box) take the following action 2. If he box looks damaged, make a note of the damage on the UPS/freight record. You may want to inspect contents while the driver is there. Retain the box and packing material for UPS inspection. Do not throw away. OR you may refuse package because of damage and have driver note that on his packing slip or computer. 3. If the product is damaged beyond repair, refuse to accept the shipment. 4. Contact Kare Products (800-927-5273) within 48-hours and we will assist where we can.
