This isn't so much a chair as a command center. With our ESD Drafting Chair, you're not only in command of static, you're in command of your comfort. For static control, we went beyond putting carbon filaments into just the chair's seat (like many ESD chairs) and made ours a true "one circuit" ESD drafting chair. To achieve total static dissipation, we integrated each aspect of the chair.
From the armrests, seat and back, to the metal mechanisms, through the cylinder and to the casters, the whole ESD chair is grounded together to completely direct static into the floor. But still, it wouldn't be a Kare chair if it didn't also fit you perfectly and provide all-day sitting and working comfort.
We included: built-in lumbar, arm and foot rest, plus two-layer contoured cushions for support, and a waterfall seat front to ease pressure behind the knees. So take a chair, start working, and leave the comfort and static to us. The adjustability insures that different size users can set the chair seat depth so there is no contact with back of legs, back cushion height and angle adjust to provide upper and lower back support and seat angle are adjustable.
