Changing your posture and tasks during the day can reducing stress, increasing circulation and reducing fatigue. Adjust your chair in at least three different ways that feel comfortable to you. Use these positions during the day. With your seat in a forward tilt position (generally 5ø) your will need to raise the height of chair.

 

A reclining position requires that you lower the height of chair. Take break and walk to get coffee or to use printer. Do some simple stretches to improve your circulation.
