Thank you for selecting a Kare Products Chair. We hope that it meets all of your expectations. Should you find a need to return it, however, all chairs may be returned for full refund of cost, minus shipping and restocking charge of 25% of list price. Custom colors or custom design are not returnable. |

In addition, products will not be accepted for return without a return authorization number, and must be returned in resalable condition or additional charges may also apply. Please include original packaging and make sure product is in new condition. |

Please call our office for a return authorization number (RA#) within 20 working days from date of shipping. Please call for RA# because without one we can not process your return or issue credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Product should be insured in case of damage during shipping. Products must be in new condition. |
